Article:		UK satellite navigation competition 2010 - £10k prize
More Information:		The European Satellite Navigation Competition (aka Galileo Masters) is open to anybody with an idea which utilises satellite navigation technology, be it for position, time, navigation or any other application. There is a £10K prize for the UK winner and chance to enter the final, worth a further €20k. The competition is based not only on technical innovation but also on the basis of a valid business case and although the prizes are relatively small this competition generates a huge amount of publicity and investor interest and has launched a number of companies since the competition started in 2004.
