Transport Modelling, ITS & Grid Computing Workshop Meeting

This Workshop is the latest in the series of regular workshops exploring the development of Transport and Traffic Modelling, ITS, Grid Computing and Industrial Mathematics.
This workshop will address challenges derived from previous workshops and will look at data management for ITS in the front-line environments.
The workshop will include presentations from,
- Traffic Control Use Group.
- Highways Agency.
- Leeds University.
- UTMC Development Group.
- Imperial College.
The workshop will also include open forum sessions discussing the questions.
- What are the challenges involved in data management capabilities for ITS?
- Data gathering capabilities.
- Data management capabilities.
- What do we need to do with gathered data to deliver effective capabilities suitable to inform traffic modeling, traffic control and other ITS Technologies?
