The innovITS Cooperative Active Safety and Environment (CoASE) group brings together members of the UK automotive industry, research organisations and technology companies with an interest in developing systems based on car-car and car-infrastructure cooperation that improve safety or have environmental benefits.

The group has initiated two pilot projects including Sentience and is actively looking for new project ideas in this area.
