Europe's first purpose built single site ITS and Telematics test track connects vehicles, highways and telecommunications through two private stand alone fully integrated and independent communication systems (GSM and Wi-Fi).

The communication systems allow the replication and functionality of a public GSM network with the added benefit that users can controllably degrade communication performance, signal strength and other parameters. This allows the simulation of a real world operating environment and the demonstration of urban effects on the testing of systems including I2I, I2X & V2X in a simple, efficient, consistent and controllable manner.
